Accessing the 2021 Policy Summit

Whether you're attending in person or virtually, here's some information that will help you make the most out of the meeting.
Virtual Attendance
Accessing the Meeting
You should have received an email from Swapcard, our virtual environment vendor, containing your unique attendee link to access the platform. The email comes from noreply@swapcard.com. In that email, click the "let's get started" button, which will take you to the platform to create a password and enter the event.
If you can't find the email, here's how to get into Swapcard:

Visit swapcard.com and click "participant" in the upper righthand corner.

Enter the email address you used to register.

Click "send me a magic link" to receive an email from Swapcard allowing you to enter the site.

If you have previously attended an event on Swapcard, enter your password and select "2021 Policy Summit" after signing in.
Access the Virtual Meeting
In-Person Attendance
Please Report Any Symptoms Developed On Site
If you're attending the 2021 Policy Summit in person and develop symptoms of COVID-19 during or after the event, please email healthandsafety@asgct.org to let us know.
If you develop any type of sickness or symptoms of potential sickness, please do not attend in person. All in-person attendees have full virtual access and on-demand access for 30 days following the event.

Masks
ASGCT is requiring all on-site attendees at the 2021 Policy Summit to wear a mask regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
Badge Pick Up
You can pick up your badge up to one hour before the first session begins. We suggest arriving as close to 8 a.m. ET as possible. Badges will be spaced out alphabetically on tables outside the meeting room to facilitate contact-free check in.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the hotel lobby. Please note that individual Wi-Fi cannot be purchased from the hotel.
On-Site Breakfast and Lunch
Pre-boxed breakfasts and lunches will be served for contactless pick up just outside the conference room. Please bring your food back into the conference room to eat. Coffee will be served during breaks.
