Information and guidance for our in-person 2021 Policy Summit attendees

In addition to your in-person registration, all on-site attendees have full live access to the virtual environment and 30-day on-demand access to all Policy Summit content.

In-Person Attendance Guidance

Please Report Any Symptoms Developed On-Site

If you're attending the 2021 Policy Summit in-person and develop symptoms of COVID-19 during or after the event, please email to let us know.

Arrive Early

Badge pickup opens 60 minutes before the first session begins. We suggest arriving as close to 8 a.m. ET as possible.

Contact-Free Badge Pickup

Badges will be spaced out alphabetically on tables outside the meeting room to facilitate contact-free check-in.


All on-site attendees at the 2021 Policy Summit are required to wear a mask regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status. 

Do Not Attend In-Person if You Have Any Symptoms

Please do not come to the 2021 Policy Summit if you develop any type of sickness or symptoms of potential sickness. You have full virtual access to the Policy Summit live and for 30 days following the event.

On-Site Breakfast and Lunch

Pre-boxed breakfasts and lunches will be served for contactless pick up just outside the conference room. Please bring your food back into the conference room to eat.
