Discover all the Charm City has to offer during the Annual Meeting

NOTE: Traveling in and Around Baltimore

The hearts and minds of ASGCT's leadership, staff, and volunteers are with the city of Baltimore following the tragic collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. We are still learning about the impact of the bridge collapse on traffic, but attendees have more than one route to get to the city from the airport, including by way of I-95 or MD-295.

Though Baltimore may have heavier-than-normal traffic on main highways during rush hour, we don't expect the closure of the Francis Scott Key Bridge to impede the route attendees use to enter the city.

The ASGCT Room Block is now Closed

FAQ

Can I book a room in a host hotel without completing my registration?

Only rooms booked within the ASGCT block will receive the discounted block rate. Any nights or rooms booked outside of the block are subject to the hotel's rates and policies.

When will the ASGCT block sell out?

Hotel rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee how long or how many rooms will be availabe during registration.

What does it mean if I am waitlisted for a hotel?

This means that you have currently requested to book a night that is either outside of the ASGCT block or our inventory of room within the block has sold out. We are working with the hotel to confirm if they are able to provide the room and honor the discounted block rate. You will receive an email notification if those nights have been approved or denied.

I have a question about my previously-completed hotel reservation, who should I contact?

Prior to April 20th, attendees can contact asgct@maritz.com for assistance or questions about their hotel reservation.

Beginning April 20th, attendees need to contact the hotel directly to make any changes to their reservation.
