What To Know Before #ASGCT2024

We hope you're looking forward to the 27th Annual Meeting! Below you'll find important information that will help you prepare.

On-site registration starts on Monday, May 6, at the Baltimore Convention Center, 1 W. Pratt St. The main entrance is located on the corner of West Pratt Street and South Howard Street. We're excited to see you later this week!

Please note: All attendees with full conference registration will have live access to our virtual platform throughout the meeting and for 30 days following its conclusion. To access the platform, please see the instructions below.

Get Your Badge Early + Have Your QR Code Ready

Beat the Tuesday morning lines by picking up your badge early: Advance registration will open 5-7 p.m. ET on Monday, May 6, at the Baltimore Convention Center! Registration will be open 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 7.

When you arrive at registration, you will need to present your QR code, sent in a separate email from our registration vendor Maritz, to receive your badge.

Please remember to wear your badge when you are in the convention center.

Add a Tuesday Workshop

If you haven't added a workshop to your registration, there's still time! These four-hour interactive, deep-dive experiences are the perfect addition to your Annual Meeting!

New this year! In-person and livestream attendees of Revolutionizing Care: Gene Therapy Unveiled for Clinicians are eligible for CME!

Download the Free App

The ASGCT Events app is now available for free on the App Store or Google Play. Download it now to fill out your profile, bookmark sessions of interest, and connect with fellow attendees at the meeting. View the platform user guide here.

Here's how to sign into the app:

1. Visit this link.

2. Select "Login" on the next page.

3. In the box that pops up, select "Registered for the Annual Meeting? Login with your ASGCT Account." Sign in with your ASGCT username and password -OR- Login with the email address you provided during registration.

All Annual Meeting events will take place at the Baltimore Convention Center (BCC) unless otherwise noted. Visit BCC's website for driving directions and parking information.

Access Your Program, Your Way

Explore the full Annual Meeting agenda in three ways:

1. Interactive online program: Search by speaker name, title, or keywords to view detailed information—including related abstracts.

2. Mobile app: Bookmark and export a personal session schedule, plus engage with sessions live.

3. Printable PDF: View session breakdowns, the president's message, list of award winners, and more in a PDF format.

Closing Night Reception

Celebrate the end of the meeting with food, music, and dancing at Power Plant Live! Space for the reception is limited and registration must be purchased separately.

If you're attending the Friday, May 10 reception, please note:

-The QR code on your badge will be scanned to allow entry; remember to bring your badge!

-Complimentary shuttles will run continuously from 8-11 p.m. between the host hotels, convention center, and venue.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi will be provided in the convention center. The network is ASGCT WIFI and the password is ASGCT2024.

Bring a Water Bottle

Be sure to bring a reusable water bottle to use at refill stations at the BCC! Registration bags with water bottles will also be available on a first come, first serve basis.
