Join ASGCT and the Muscular Dystrophy Association in downtown Chicago, November 19-20, 2024, for an unparalleled opportunity to delve into the latest advancements in research on gene and cell therapies for muscular dystrophy.

This 1.5-day event will bring together leading researchers and clinicians from the neuromuscular disease community to explore cutting-edge gene and cell therapies and technologies for muscular dystrophy. Abstract submissions open May 1, offering you the chance to contribute your latest findings and insights to this dynamic exchange of knowledge.

Abstract Authors

ASGCT members can save up to $200 on registration, and Associate Members (students and postdoctoral fellows) who are first and presenting authors can get a discounted* registration rate of $250! Be sure to register to attend in-person or virtually, or submit an abstract to be considered for an oral or poster presentation.

*Discounted rates do not apply if your abstract is withdrawn or rejected.

Cancellations and Transfers

There is a $75 cancellation fee, and the balance will be refunded refunded for cancellation requests received by October 18, 2024. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after October 18, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer the badge (one time) to another person within the same company/institution before November 12, 2024.

If you must change from in-person registration to virtual registration, you may do so one time only for a 50% refund of the price difference up until October 18, 2024. Any change to registration type after this date will not be refunded.

Changes from virtual registration to in-person registration may be done any time at the prevailing in-person registration rates.

Payments must be received by close of the prevailing registration rate period otherwise the registration rate will be updated to the next rate period.

Please note checks and wire transfers are not accepted forms of payment for this event.
