Presenter Reimbursement Policy

Thank you for participating in the ASGCT Policy Summit. If you're a speaker, panelist, chair, or moderator, your meeting registration fee will be waived.

Cancellations & Transfers

There is a $75 cancellation fee, and the balance will be refunded for cancellation requests received by August 23, 2024. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after August 23, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer the badge (one time) to another person within the same company/institution before September 16, 2024. 

If you must change from in-person registration to virtual registration, you may do so one time only for a 50% refund of the price difference up until August 23, 2024. Any change to registration type after this date will not be refunded. 

Changes from virtual registration to in-person registration may be done any time at the prevailing in-person registration rates. 

Payments must be received by close of the prevailing registration rate period otherwise the registration rate will be updated to the next rate period.  

Please note checks and wire transfers are not accepted forms of payment for this event. Please contact meetings@asgct.org to make any of the above changes to your registration.
