Gene and cell therapy is at the forefront of medical innovation, offering groundbreaking treatments for diseases once deemed incurable. As these therapies advance, the role of intellectual property (IP) becomes increasingly vital. IP protection is essential for encouraging innovation, securing investments, and bringing these therapies to market.
