Molecular Therapy Presents: 25th Anniversary Special Issue

April 23, 2025 | 11:00 AM CT

On January 1, 2000, the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy launched its flagship scientific journal, Molecular Therapy, with the goal of establishing the premier destination for groundbreaking original research and cutting-edge reviews and commentaries focused on the development of gene, cell, and molecular therapies to correct genetic and acquired diseases.

Over the past 25 years, Molecular Therapy has consistently exceeded expectations, achieving an impact factor greater than 5 within several years of the initial launch and surpassing 10 in 2020. In honor of the journal’s 25th anniversary, Molecular Therapy’s Editor-in-Chief Joseph C. Glorioso III, PhD, has curated a 25th anniversary special issue with contributions from leaders in the field who have helped build the strong foundation critical to the journal’s success. This webinar, moderated by Dr. Glorioso, will feature the following talks from authors of reviews in the 25th anniversary issue:
