Registration for ASGCT's 28th Annual Meeting is NOW OPEN! Join us May 13-17 in New Orleans for the premier event in CGT.
ASGCT has created new Patient Education resources to explain how the new mRNA vaccines work to offer protection from COVID-19.
With the exciting authorization of two mRNA vaccines to fight COVID-19, ASGCT is sharing new reliable and unbiased educational resources to explain how these vaccines work and why they are safe and effective. Since many of our members are scientists who have spent years researching mRNA biology and its potential use in vaccines, ASGCT is well positioned to share this knowledge.
Now available on our Patient Education site, these resources include a short video, infographic, and some of the most frequently asked questions about the vaccines, including:
Through these educational resources, the Society aims to encourage vaccine participation to build protection against COVID-19 in our communities. Please share these resources broadly among your colleagues, friends, and family members so that we can inform, ease fear, and celebrate this accomplishment in the gene therapy field!
