Here's what you should know before attending Advancing Gene + Cell Therapies for Cancer on site in Philadelphia or virtually.

We hope you're looking forward to the inaugural Advancing Gene + Cell Therapies for Cancer! Below you'll find important information to help you prepare.

In-person attendees will join us at the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District (400 Arch Street, Phildadelphia, PA 19106). The event will start with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 16, and the program will start at 8:30 a.m. ET in the Founders Ballroom on the lobby level of the hotel.

Please note: All attendees will have live access to our virtual platform throughout the meeting and for 30 days following its conclusion. To access the platform, please see the instructions below.

On-site Registration

Pick up your badge at on-site registration, which will open at 7:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 16, in the Founders Ballroom Foyer.

Full registration hours are 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 and 7:30 – 11 a.m. on Oct. 17.

You should have received an email with a QR code that you will present when you pick up your badge for the event. If you have any questions or need help with this, please contact info@asgct.org.

Session Locations

All general sessions and oral abstract presentations take place in the Founders Ballroom of the hotel. Poster viewing, exhibits, and the networking reception take place in the FDR Ballroom and the Betsy Ross Ballroom.

Meals + Networking Opportunities

Join us for meals with your peers in the FDR Foyer and Ballroom and the Betsy Ross Ballroom (included with in-person registration).

Need help with networking? Whether you're attending in person or virtually, check out our tips for connecting with your fellow attendees.

Day 1 (Oct. 16)

Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.

Coffee Breaks:

  • 10:20 – 10:50 a.m.
  • 2:10 – 2:20 p.m.
  • 3:40 – 4:10 p.m.

Lunch: 11:50 a.m. – 12:50 p.m.

Poster Viewing, Exhibits, and Networking Reception:
5:30 – 6:45 p.m.

Day 2 (Oct. 17)

Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.

Coffee Break: 10:15 – 10:45 a.m.

Connect Virtually

You'll be able to see the full attendee list before the event begins. Attendees can send connection requests to each other in the virtual platform. If the request is accepted, you can exchange messages right in the app.

Poster Viewing, Exhibits, and Networking Reception

Before you head to dinner, mingle in the FDR Foyer and Ballroom and the Betsy Ross Ballroom on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. This is the best time to view the poster abstracts and speak with the authors! Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.

Parking

The Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District hotel has a parking garage available for $40 per night (tax included).
