Getting to the Meeting

• Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: Travel north on scenic I-17 approximately 90 minutes to the resort

• Flagstaff Pulliam Airport: Travel south on scenic I-17 approximately 45 minutes to the resort  (there are now direct flights from LA, Denver, and Dallas into Flagstaff Pulliam Airport) 

• Prescott Ernst A. Love Field: Travel north on scenic 1-17 approximately 60 minutes to the resort

• Red Rock Magic Trolley: In addition to Trolley Tours, they provide charters and special event transportation with 30-seat trolleys and a fleet of luxury vans. Contact them at 928-821-6969.
